  JD41050 is the B1 size multi-color Sheetfed offset press. It adopts pneumatic automatic plate clamping system, three-axis automatic plate adjusting system controlled by DC permanent magnet, accurate automatic pressure regulating system and bus electric control system of Mitsubishi CC-LINK communication mode.

 

  Perfectly showing the characteristics of dexterity, intelligence and high efficiency of 8up printing press. Stainless steel spraying embossing and printing plate cylinders greatly prolong the service life of the whole machine.

 

  CIP4 can easily form a digital workflow with pre-press CTP and post-press and preset ink quantity and color, thus greatly reducing the dependence of printing enterprises on the experience of printing technicians.

*  The paper delivery mechanism composed of a bottom-swing front guide, a bottom-swing paper hand and a front paper roller ensures sufficient positioning time for the paper and the stability of high-speed paper feeding.

*  The printing system composed of a double-diameter impression roller and a double-diameter paper transfer roller is conducive to the printing of thick paper and cardboard; at the same time, it reduces the number of paper handovers and is conducive to accurate overprinting.

 * The centrally controlled DC electric plate-drawing plate controls the plate mounting errors in three directions (circumferential, axial, and oblique), which can easily and quickly calibrate the four-color printing plate and reduce printing auxiliary time.

*  The five-roller structure and the alcohol moistening system composed of the moving middle roller can effectively reduce the generation of ghosts, quickly balance ink and water, and reduce the amount of printing paper.

Quick positioning and clamping plate clamp structure, reliable positioning of four-color plate mounting, and short plate mounting and proofreading time.

 * The remote-controlled ink fountain composed of 23 partitions can be adjusted through the touch screen of the main console. It has ink volume preset and job storage functions. It can easily retrieve relevant printing information and quickly enter the printing state.

 * The transmission side adopts a rain-type lubrication system, which not only lubricates the high-speed rotating gears but also takes away the heat during gear meshing, effectively extending the service life of the machine. And it can automatically alarm when the oil pump is out of oil or the oil pressure is insufficient.

- Conjugated cam. Forwarding mechanism controlled by linear guide rail makes machine speed faster and more stable. - Rotary valve with patent can clean paper dust automatically and reduce the fault.

- Both of frame and base are integral casting. -High frequency quenching of gears guarantee transmission accuracy. - Helical gears, high overlap coefficient and low noise.

- The surface on the impression cylinders and plate cylinders are sprayed stainless steel so as to prolong press life better. - Dynamic balance design can reduce vibration during printing.

- The press memory or job memory card (disk) can save the current job. Changes and settings made to the current job are transferred to the press. While in printing mode, you can enter the presetting values for next job into the press memory or stored to a disk. - CIP3/CIP4

- Tension of clamp bar is controlled by imported hoses and disc springs, so that it is more flexible for operation. - Corners of cylinders are controlled by high precision encoder. Plates will be installed and dismounted by program automatically. Thus it can meet the long version and short version edition of the printing business needs. - The tail of clamp bar is separated, so that it can help paper more smooth.

- Every ink key in every unit can be set by console. - Ink amount can be displayed in digital and can be saved.

- After checkered high strength steel pads had been quenched, their life will be longer and replacement will be more conveniently. - Wear-resistant soft pads ensure stability of paper handover and precision of paper transmission. - High precision needle roller bearings and opening bearings improve stability of gripper system.

- It is equipped with gear driven. Distance between cylinders can be given some feedback to screen by potentiometer automatically. - Permanent magnetic generator driven can ensure stability of printing pressure, because of large torsion and strong self-lock. - It is easier and more convenient to input paper thickness on the screen directly.
